Johnnie literally built the solid foundation for his company more than three decades ago when he owned and operated a successful concrete foundation/flatwork company. Realizing his dream of being one of the area’s most highly regarded home builders, Johnnie began building exceptional, high quality homes in 1992. In the beginning, the majority of homes built were in the Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs area. Johnnie concentrated on these areas to reduce drive time and ensure he could oversee every property himself. With technological advances that allow him to conduct business away from a desk, he has been able to expand his building radius substantially; and continue overseeing each home personally, to ensure it surpasses industry standards to meet his high standards.

With decades of building experience and over 1,000 satisfied homeowners, Johnnie has learned that communication and customer service are paramount when it comes to building a home. Simplifying, and making the building process enjoyable for buyers is important to Johnnie. He understands that it is likely the biggest purchase ever made by his customers, and he does not take lightly the trust they place in him. Johnnie is so confident in his reputation and customer service that he lives in one of the neighborhoods the company builds. That means his customers are also the friends and neighbors who provide the referrals that fuel most of the business.
