The Home Building Process

STEP 1: Get Pre-Approved

Meet with a lending professional to learn about your financing options and get qualified for a mortgage within your budget.

STEP 2: Find Your New Home

Take a look at our floor plans online, visit communities we build in, and tour model homes. Our helpful on-site sales representatives can provide tours and information, and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 3: Writing Your Contract

Once you have decided on a floor plan and lot, or a move in ready home, it is time to write the contract. The contract will include any upgrades, changes, or additions you would like to make to your home. Your targeted completion date will be determined, and you will be walked through what you can expect in the coming months. At this time you will also receive a list of vendors to visit, who will help you select items like flooring, paint, counter tops, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting.  (*1)
